• Total Actions: (messages sent)
• Breakdown:
  • Introductions (initial outreach messages)
  • Follow-ups (follow-up messages to prospects)

2️⃣ LinkedIn Engagement 

• Shows how the agent interacts on LinkedIn, including:
  • Connection requests
  • Messages sent
  • Profile views
  • Post interactions (likes, comments, follows)
• "Expand opportunities" suggests adding more channels for outreach.

3️⃣ Call Activity 

• Tracks call outcomes:
  • Ignored Calls (not answered)
  • Responded Calls (answered)
• Currently, no active calls have been responded to.

4️⃣ Social Media Performance 

• Tracks engagement across:
  • Facebook (blue)
  • LinkedIn (light blue)
  • Twitter (red)
