How to Connect HubSpot to Your AnyBiz.io Account

Steps:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Navigate to the Integrations tab.

3. Click the Connect button next to HubSpot.

5. A new window will open – select your HubSpot account.

6. Once selected, your HubSpot CRM will be connected to your AnyBiz.io account.

When prospects are pushed from AnyBiz.io to your HubSpot CRM, we automatically map and sync the following fields:

🔍 How to Identify Prospects Pushed from AnyBiz in HubSpot

To easily differentiate prospects that AnyBiz.io pushed into your HubSpot account, we automatically fill an additional HubSpot property:

📌 Property: `Record Source Detail 1`

Value: Anybiz

This helps you filter, segment, and track leads added by AnyBiz.io without mixing them with other sources.

Example use cases:

Create lists of AnyBiz-generated prospects
Build workflows triggered only by AnyBiz leads

📌 Property: `outreached_by_anybiz`

Value: Yes

For cases when prospects are coming from your Hubspot into Anybiz and you want to be able to track if they were contacted by our App, you can add our custom properties. Here is step by step explanation on how to do that:

Open your Hubspot - Settings - Data Management - Properties - Add property
Add those properties for Contact Object: outreached_by_anybiz - type Single checkboxlast_outreach_by_anybiz_at - type Date picker
Contact Tech Support or Customer Success team to inform that you've added those fields

From that moment all prospects that were contacted by Anybiz would have those properties populated.
