How to Create an Offering

Once you've defined your buyer personas, the next critical step is to craft an offering that directly aligns with their needs, challenges, and goals. A well-defined offering is not just about listing features — it's about clearly communicating the value your product or service brings to your ideal customer.

 


Step 1: Navigate to the “My Products” Tab

Start by logging into your dashboard and clicking on the My Products tab. This is where you’ll manage and organize your products or services.

Step 2: Select “Add Offering”

Click Add Offering to begin creating a new product or service listing. This will open a form where you can describe and define the details of your offering.

Step 3: Describe Your Offering Clearly

In the description field, provide a simple, clear, and benefit-focused explanation of your product or service. Avoid jargon or overly technical terms unless they are essential to your audience.

Ask yourself:

  • What problem does this product or service solve?
    Identify a specific pain point your audience faces and explain how your offering addresses it.

  • What makes it different from the competition?
    Highlight your unique selling proposition. This could be a special feature, pricing model, customer support, ease of use, or anything else that sets you apart.

Why This Matters

A strong, well-articulated offering helps potential customers quickly grasp:

  • The value they’ll gain

  • Why they should care

  • Why they should choose you over the competition

In short, it builds trust and interest — essential steps in converting a prospect into a customer.
