How to Add a Website Link to Your Signature

If you'd like to include a website link in your email or message signature, you’ll need to configure it through Message Instructions in Anybiz.io.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to Configuration

  • Log in to your Anybiz.io account.

  • Go to the Configuration section to access your message setup.

2. Open the Messaging Tab

  • In Configuration, select the Messaging tab.

  • Then, click on Email Introduction to adjust your email intro settings.


✍️ Set Up Your Email Signature

Decide how you want your signature to appear at the end of each email. You can choose from the following formats:

  • [First Name] – [Company Name]

  • [First Name] – [Website Link]

  • [First Name] – [Position] – [Company Name]

  • [Full Name] – [Company Name]

  • [Full Name] – [Position] – [Company Name] – [Website Link]

Select a format that best aligns with your brand identity and builds trust with your prospects.
