How to Add a Website Link to Your Signature
If you'd like to include a website link in your email or message signature, you’ll need to configure it through Message Instructions in Anybiz.io.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to Configuration

Log in to your Anybiz.io account.

Go to the Configuration section to access your message setup.
2. Open the Messaging Tab

In Configuration, select the Messaging tab.

Then, click on Email Introduction to adjust your email intro settings.
✍️ Set Up Your Email Signature
Decide how you want your signature to appear at the end of each email. You can choose from the following formats:

[First Name] – [Company Name]

[First Name] – [Website Link]

[First Name] – [Position] – [Company Name]

[Full Name] – [Company Name]

[Full Name] – [Position] – [Company Name] – [Website Link]
