How to Assign Messaging Instructions to Different Personas
Assigning messaging instructions to different personas ensures that your outreach is personalized and effective. Follow these steps to set up and manage instructions for each persona:
Step 1: Access the Configurations Menu
Navigate to the Configurations menu from your dashboard to access system settings.
Step 2: Open the Messaging Tab
Select the Messaging tab to configure messaging strategies or assign specific instructions to a persona.
Step 3: Manage Instructions
Click Manage Instructions to create, edit, or organize messaging guidelines.
Step 4: Organize by Persona
Switch to the Personas tab to view, organize, and modify instructions for distinct audience segments.
Step 5: Assign Email Instructions
Within the Email Introduction column, click the dropdown to select the appropriate instruction for the persona.
Step 6: Assign Phone Call Instructions
