# How to Create a Persona

## Follow these simple steps to create an effective persona that fuels targeted outreach through your AI Agent.

### **Step 1: Access the Persona Creation Tool**

- Log in to your [AnyBiz.io](https://anybiz.io) account.
- From the main dashboard, navigate to the **“Configuration”** section.

### **Step 2: Gather Relevant Information**

Before creating a persona, gather data about your target audience. This may include:

- Demographic data (age, gender, location)
- Job title and industry
- Problems and challenges
- Goals and objectives
- Preferred communication channels

### **Step 3: Create a New Persona**

- Click on the **"Persona"** button.

- Click **Find the perfect persona**:

    - You’ll see several options:
      
          - **Create a Lookalike from LinkedIn Profiles** – use an existing profile for a quick match.
          - **Create a Lookalike from Business Websites** – extract info directly from websites.
          - **Suggest Me** – if you’re unsure, let the system generate a persona automatically.
          - **Customize** – set everything yourself using the manual option.

### **Step 4: Customize Parameters Manually and Complete the Persona**

- If you choose **Manual Search**, you can define the persona parameters yourself

    - Goals and motivations
    - Challenges and pain points
    - Behavioral patterns
    - Communication preferences
- **This is ideal if you have a clear picture of your target audience.**

### **Step 5: Review and Save**

- Double-check all the entered details for accuracy and relevance.  
  When everything looks good, click **“Save”** to store your persona in your AnyBiz.io account.

### **Step 6: Update Your Persona**

- Regularly revisit and update your persona as you learn more about your audience.  
  Marketing strategies evolve — so should your personas.
