How to Edit an Existing Persona
When working with personas on our platform, it’s important to understand how the system is designed for optimal performance.
Editing Personas Is Not Supported
Unfortunately, editing an existing persona is not possible. If you need to make changes, you’ll have to delete the current persona and create a new one with the updated information.
Why Is This the Case?
As soon as you create a persona, our algorithm starts planning outreach actions, including email timing, targeting, and LinkedIn steps. This process is tightly connected to the initial setup of the persona.
If we allowed edits, it would disrupt the planning logic, confuse the system, and ultimately hurt performance, deliverability, and accuracy.
