How to Import and Launch a Persona from Salesforce
Follow the steps below to import your Salesforce data and create a persona for outreach campaigns.
Step 1: Navigate to Configurations
To begin, go to the Configurations tab in your dashboard.
This section allows you to manage your integrations, imports, and persona settings.
Step 2: Click “Import from”
In the Configurations panel, locate and click the “Import from” dropdown menu.
This will display several integration options for importing data into your system.
Step 3: Select Salesforce
From the dropdown list, select Salesforce.
This initiates the connection to your Salesforce account and enables you to import your contact or lead data to create a persona.
Step 4: Choose a Salesforce List
In the “Import prospects from Salesforce” window, you’ll be prompted to select a list from your Salesforce account.
This list determines which contacts or leads will be imported into your system.

Click the “Choose a list” dropdown.

Select the desired list — for example, All Contacts, My Contacts, or a custom Salesforce list.

Once selected, proceed to the next screen.
Step 5: Configure Persona Details
After selecting your Salesforce list, you’ll need to configure the persona details.
Select the Offering (Optional)
From the “Choose an offering” dropdown, select the product or service you want to associate with this persona.
This helps personalize your messaging and campaigns.
(You may skip this step if it’s not applicable.)
Select Outreach Channels (Required)
Under “Choose channels”, select one or more communication channels to reach your persona.
For example:

Email channel (default)

LinkedIn, Phone calls, or other available options
Review your selections carefully before proceeding.
Step 6: Add the Persona
Once all fields are completed:

Review your list, offering, and channel selections.

Click the “Add the Persona” button.

The system will import your Salesforce data and create a persona based on your chosen list.
After processing, your new persona will appear in the Persona Dashboard, ready for use in campaigns or analytics.
Step 7: Launch the Persona
To launch your persona:

Connect an offering to the persona imported from Salesforce.

Once connected, you’ll see the number of prospects included in your persona.

The outreach process will begin automatically based on the channels you selected.
Your campaign is now live — engaging your Salesforce contacts through the configured communication channels.
