How to Manage Your Notification Preferences

AnyBiz.io allows you to fully control how, when, and where you receive notifications. This ensures you never miss important updates, replies, or system alerts.

Notification Channels

You can choose one or more channels to receive alerts:

  • Email – Add one or multiple email addresses where notifications will be sent.

  • WhatsApp – Connect your WhatsApp account to get instant alerts.

  • SMS – Add phone numbers to receive SMS notifications.

Each channel can be activated or deactivated using the toggle switch.


 Preferred Notifications

You can specify which events should trigger alerts and where they should be delivered.

1. Replies

Track all incoming replies from your prospects to manage outreach effectively.
Choose delivery via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • SMS

2. System Notifications

Stay informed about important account updates:

  • LinkedIn connection – Get notified when your LinkedIn connection is lost.

  • Persona updates – Receive an alert when AnyBiz runs out of new prospects for a persona.

Each of these can be enabled per channel (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) using the checkboxes.


 Example Setup

  • Email notifications enabled for all critical updates.

  • WhatsApp notifications enabled for real-time alerts like replies.

  • SMS disabled if not needed.

This way, you can balance between speed and avoiding notification overload.
