How to Remove an Offering from a Persona

If you want to remove or update an offering that’s currently connected to a persona in Anybiz, follow the steps below. This guide ensures you keep your outreach accurate and avoid sending multiple offerings to the same prospects.



Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the My Products Tab

2. Add a New Offering

  • Scroll down and click Add New Offering.

  • Fill in the necessary details for your new offering.

  • Save the new offering.

3. Delete the Old Offering

  • Once your new offering is created and ready, find the old offering you want to remove.

  • Click the Delete icon next to it.

  • This will automatically disconnect it from any persona it was previously attached to.




⚠️ Important: Avoid Connecting Multiple Offerings to the Same Persona

Do not connect two offerings to the same persona. Doing so will cause both offerings to be sent to the same list of prospects, which can confuse recipients and reduce your campaign’s effectiveness.
