How to Upload a File
Uploading files is an essential part of using our system. This guide will walk you through the process to ensure a smooth and successful upload. Following these steps will help you avoid common issues and complete the process efficiently.
Requirements
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
- Required Information: Fill in all mandatory fields before proceeding.
- Limits: Each file can contain up to 10,000 prospects.
- No Empty Fields: Ensure there are no blank spaces in the required fields.
Steps
- Login to Your Account
- Go to the Configuration Tab: Click on "Import from" and then select "File."
- Import: Click on "Import from" button and select "File"
- Upload the File: Click on "Upload File" or simply drag and drop it into the designated area.
- Mapping: On this step you would need to select which columns from your file contains corresponding data that Anybiz is asking for. Required fields are: At least one ID (contact info, can be Email adress, Phone Number, Linkedin URL or everything at once) , Contact First Name, Contact Company Name. Rest of the fields are optional, but recommended for better personalization and results.
- Click on "Next": Proceed the process by clicking "Next"
- Connect the file to an offering
- Add the persona: On this step you can either just Add the persona and launch in later, or launch it straightaway by clicking on "Launch the Campaign"
- Outreach channel: Final step. Select outreach channels that you want to be used for this persona. You can select all that are available for your or only one specific.
