How to Upload a File

Uploading files is an essential part of using our system. This guide will walk you through the process to ensure a smooth and successful upload. Following these steps will help you avoid common issues and complete the process efficiently.


Requirements
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
  • Downloaded File: You must first download the required file from our system.
  • Required Information: Fill in all mandatory fields before proceeding.
  • Limits: Each file can contain up to 10,000 prospects.
  • No Empty Fields: Ensure there are no blank spaces in the required fields.

Steps
  1. Login to Your Account
  2. Go to the Configuration Tab: Click on "Import from" and then select "File."
  3. Download the Persona List: At the top, you will see "Download the persona list to fill out your prospects' info." Click it, and the file will start downloading.
  4. Fill in the Required Information: Complete all necessary fields in the downloaded file.
  5. Upload the File: Click on "Upload File" or simply drag and drop it into the designated area.
  6. Click on Add the Persona: Finalize the process by clicking "Add the Persona"
  7. Connect the persona to the offering

If you want our AI to make only calls to your prospects, please ensure that the uploaded file contains phone numbers only, without mailboxes. Similarly, if you prefer emailing, include only email addresses without phone numbers.
