Connect Zapier with AnyBiz
Follow the steps below to connect your AnyBiz account with Zapier and start automating your outreach workflows.
Steps to Connect:

Log in to AnyBiz
Go to your Settings.

Open Integrations
Click on the Integrations tab.

Connect Zapier
Find and click Connect Zapier.

Accept the Zapier Invite
Open this link and accept the invitation to use the AnyBiz integration:

Log in to Zapier
Visit zapier.com and log in to your account. -
Create a New Zap
Click Create → New Zap.

Set Up the Trigger

Click on the Trigger step.

In the search field, type AnyBiz and select it.

Choose a trigger event:

New Opportunity -
New Reply
-

Connect Your AnyBiz Account

Click Sign in.

A new window will open asking for your API Key.

Find Your API Key in AnyBiz
-
Return to your AnyBiz account.

Go to Integrations again.
-
Copy your API Key.

Paste the API Key in Zapier
-
Paste the copied API key into the Zapier prompt.

Click Yes, Continue to AnyBiz.

Complete Trigger Setup

Click Continue.

Test the trigger to make sure everything is connected properly.

Congratulations!
You’ve successfully connected Zapier with AnyBiz. You can now create automated workflows based on new replies or opportunities.
Here is the list of data that can be sent from Anybiz to Zapier:
- Prospect Email - “Email” field
- Prospect Phone Number - “Phone Number” field
- Prospect Linkedin URL - “Linkedin Url” field
- Prospect Name - “Prospect Name”, “Prospect Firs/Last Name” fields
- Prospect Company Name and Website - “Company Name” and “Company Website” fields
- Prospect Job Title - “Job Tittle” field
- Prospect Industry and Company Size - “Industry” and “Company Size” fields
- Prospect Company Description - “Company Description” field
- Prospect Reply - “Original Text” field
- Reply Category - “Extended Status” field
