# Required Fields in the Upload File for Phone Calls Only

## When setting up a phone call–only campaign in Anybiz.io, it’s crucial to format your upload file correctly. This guide outlines the required fields, file requirements, and steps to successfully upload your prospects.

#### 📋 Requirements Before Uploading

Before you begin, ensure the following:

- **Downloaded File**: Start by downloading the correct file template from the system.
- **Complete All Fields**: Do not leave any required fields blank.
- **File Limit**: Each upload can contain up to **10,000 prospects**.

**No Empty Fields**: Ensure there are **no blank spaces** in the required columns.

#### ✅ Required Fields

Make sure your file includes the following mandatory columns:

- **Phone Number**
- **First Name**
- **Company Name**
- **Country**

⚠️ *All these fields must be filled in for every contact.*

#### 💡 Recommendation

If you're running **phone calls only**, make sure that you've selected only Phone Calls channel at the final step of adding the persona.Likewise, if you're planning an **email-only** campaign, select only **email channel**. But if you want, you can do both channels in scope of one campaign (recommended)
