This section of the AnyBiz dashboard provides insights into your outbound interactions with prospects, helping users track engagement efforts across different communication channels.

 




📌 Key Features in the Dashboard:

🟣 Search & Filters 

  •  Search by Prospect: Quickly find a specific contact.
  •  Filters: Apply filters to refine search results.

🟣 Timeframe Selection (Right Side)

  • View interactions over different timeframes:
    •  7 days
    •  30 days
    •  All-time 

🟣 Activity Log 

  •  Activity Timestamp: The date and time when the last interaction occurred.
  •  Prospect Name & Role: The name and title of the contacted person.
  •  Company: The company they work for, including an icon indicating their LinkedIn presence.
  •  Persona: Shows which AI-generated persona was used to interact with the contact.
  •  Source: "AnyBiz Database" indicates where the contact was sourced from.

🟣 Communication Channels 

  •  Email (Gmail Icon): Indicates whether an email was sent.
  •  Phone Call (Phone Icon): Shows if a call attempt was made.
  •  LinkedIn (LinkedIn Icon): Displays if LinkedIn outreach was used.

 

🟣 Status Selection 

  •  Planned: Displays interactions scheduled for the future.
  •  Contacted (Selected): Shows all the prospects that have already been contacted.
