Auto-Continue or Stop

 

  1. Auto-Continue
    Automatically continue communication with prospects. This is useful when you want the system to keep sending follow-up messages without manual intervention.

An active toggle indicates that the AI agent will continue communication with the prospect.

  1. Stop Communication
    You can stop communication, which is ideal when you need to manually evaluate or handle responses (ex: when a prospect requests more time or requests for pricing).

If the toggle is inactive, the AI agent will stop communication when the opportunity is identified.

How to Configure

 

  1. Go to Communication Settings

    • Navigate to Configurations  > Adjustments.
  2. Adjust Auto-Continue or Stop Parameters
    You can set up communication by modifying the following parameters:

    • Interested
      The prospect has shown interest in your product or service and may be open to further communication.

    • Buying Intent
      The prospect has shown strong interest and is likely ready to make a purchase soon.

    • Meeting Intent
      The prospect has expressed a strong desire to schedule a meeting.

    • Need Follow-Up
      The prospect requires a prompt response to keep the conversation active and address any immediate questions or concerns.

    • Request for Pricing
      The prospect has asked for pricing information.

    • Information Request
      The prospect has shown genuine interest in your product or service and is potentially open to further discussions.

    • Competitor Comparison
      The prospect is actively comparing your product or service to those offered by competitors.

    • Referral
      The prospect has been referred to you by a current customer or partner.

    • Uses Competitor
      The prospect is actively using a product or service from a competitor.

    • Positive Feedback
      The prospect has given you favorable feedback about your product or service.

  3. Specify Manual Follow-Up for Certain Statuses

    • Choose statuses for which you want to perform manual follow-ups.
    • For these statuses, the system will pause communication, allowing you to intervene manually.
