Why Is My Volume Dropping?

No Messages Sent on Weekends

We do not send messages or notifications on weekends.
This is part of our communication policy to avoid unnecessary interruptions during non-working days.



No Messages Sent on National Holidays

We also pause all outgoing messages during the prospect’s national holidays.
This helps ensure better timing and engagement across different regions.

If a national holiday is coming up, you’ll see a banner notification in the system informing you in advance.



What If It’s Not a Weekend or Holiday?
